This page provides a number of resources for those researching the legal dimensions of responses to terrorism. First, the Terrorism and War Archive gives access to the work of Centre staff in this area organised chronologically since 2002. Second, the Terrorism and Law Researchers Email List provides the means for those working in this area to communicate with each other as a group. Third, the Terrorism Web Resources section provides links to major sites dealing with this topic - including government, legal, and research centre homepages.
Terrorism and War Archive
The Terrorism and War Archive stores copies and details of publications, reports and submissions made by Centre staff which relate to the legal issues in the ongoing debate about how best to achieve national security in Australia.
Terrorism and Law Researchers Email List
The Terrorism and Law Researchers Email List aims to provide a means by which academic researchers in this field are able to communicate with each other about recent law or policy initiatives designed to enhance national security. It is an outcome of a meeting convened by the Centre in June 2005 with those who are researching and writing in the area.
Subscribers to the List are people who are interested in:

 |
Assessing the impact of such laws upon the rule of law, separation of powers and human rights; and |
